At Mundo Natural we ship to Mexico, the United States and practically the entire world.

1. Can I choose which parcel I want to use?
Yes, at the time of placing your order you can choose between the different packages that we have available depending on the country in which you are.

For Mexico: RedPack, FedEx, Estafeta, DHL, UPS, SendEx, Express Package and Correos de México.

For international shipments: Correos de México.

For shipments to the rest of the world: Correos de México.

 

Note: National shipments that have no cost (Free Shipping) are sent by Redpack or Express Package (or similar) in regular service. In case there is no Redpack service available to your zip code, it is sent by Sendex. If none of these packages are available for your zip code, it is sent by Fedex, Estafeta or DHL and you would have to pay the shipping cost.
Note: Domestic shipments that exceed dimensions by volume (volumetric weight) are shipped by Redpack (or similar) in regular service. In case there is no Redpack service available to your zip code, it is sent by Sendex. If none of these packages are available for your zip code, it is sent by Fedex, Estafeta or DHL and you would have to pay the shipping cost and the extra cost for the dimensions of the package. Fortunately, there are few products that exceed the dimensions by volumetric weight, the most common are: Garcinia trim or Garci trim, Master Magic African Mango, Kitkil, Goji trim and Moringa trim. For example, if you order 10 boxes of garcinia trim shipped via Fedex or DHL, this order exceeds the volume allowed by Fedex or DHL and will be shipped via Redpack or Sendex (depending on availability). Because? Because the cost of sending your order by Redpack is $230 pesos and the cost by Fedex or DHL can vary between $350 and $420 pesos.


2. What is the delivery time?
At the time of placing your order and depending on the package you chose, the system shows you the approximate shipping times. For example, if you are in Mexico and you chose FEDEX as your parcel, your order will generally arrive in 24-72 business hours* (This is independent of the packaging time of your product, which generally takes 1-3 business days).

If you are in the United States, your order will be sent by Correos de México - USPS and it will arrive in an average of one month (20 - 30 business days).

International shipping times are being regularized again and orders will arrive in an average of 20 - 30 business days.

Payments and deposits made before 11:00 AM (Mexico time) leave the same day (depending on availability)
Payments and deposits made after 11:00 AM go out the next business day (based on availability).


NOTE: In purchases made through PayPal we must wait for confirmation and release of payment before sending your order (24 hours).

Remember that all orders are scheduled according to their arrival and are sent within a period of 24 to 72 hours after the date of payment confirmation. But don't worry, the vast majority of orders ship within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

 

* The 24-48 hour service depends on the availability of the product in the warehouse and its packaging times (24-48 business hours). You pay for a parcel service and we 99% of the time do our best to meet the delivery time. But sometimes it is not possible due to shortages in the warehouse, or supplier delays or weather problems that may affect shipments.

 

3. Can I choose a date and time for the delivery of my product?
Unfortunately, we cannot determine the exact date or time of delivery of your order, because each parcel company has its specific schedules and routes. But when you make the purchase online, we send you an email and a WhatsApp with the tracking number and the approximate days of delivery of your order.

4. What does the shipping cost?
At the time of placing your order, the system gives you the various parcel options with the prices of each one and how long they take to arrive.

*The shipping costs presented on the page DO NOT INCLUDE the payment of any type of shipping insurance. If you want to ensure your shipment, it is necessary to mention it in the comments when making the purchase or to the email [email protected]. In case of loss or theft of the unit that transports your order, it is necessary to have the insurance to refund your money or resend your package.
* The shipping costs presented on the page DO NOT INCLUDE RE-ISSUE. If your shipment is going to a distant or difficult-to-reach population with a delivery frequency of once or twice a week, there may be extra charges for reshipment and you must make the extra payment requested for your order to be shipped. If you do not wish to make the payment, the shipment will be made by another parcel. (This is the main reason why your order is sent by a different courier than the one you chose).
At the time we carry out the guides, if we notice that the same account has been re-issued, an email or WhatsApp is sent informing you of this situation and your order remains in process until the re-dispatch payment is made.

5. Do I have to be at home when the package arrives?
No, the courier can leave it with any person of legal age who has a valid identification. The parcel company is not responsible for the package once it has already been delivered to the indicated address.

6. What if there was no one at home at the time of delivery or it was not delivered for "x" reason?
When this happens, the package returns the next day (second delivery attempt). If the delivery cannot be made on the second day either, they will take your order to the nearest office and you will have 5 - 10 days to pick it up. After that time, it will be returned to us and you will have to pay again for the parcel service to resend it.

7. I made a mistake, I wrote my address wrong or the package never arrived:
When the parcel does not find the indicated address, or they do not recognize the recipient at the address, or it is a building and the interior or department number was not placed, they will take your order to the nearest office and you will have 5-10 days to go look for it. After that time, it will be returned to us and you will have to pay again for the parcel service to resend it.

* If you are not at home for a long time or if you work all day, you can request that your order be HAPPENED and you go to the parcel office closest to your home.

And if my package has already been returned, what should I do?
You must call us at +52 811 133 5384 from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm and follow the instructions to send your order again.
* Remember that you will have to pay again for the parcel service (Unless we made a mistake in writing the address).
* If the package has already been returned and you want your money back, it must first have arrived at our warehouse (There is no refund on packages in transit), and the full amount of the order will be refunded minus the shipping amount (because the shipping service has already been used).

* Parcels are an EXTERNAL service to us and we do not interfere in their forms or in their delivery times. At the time of making the purchase, we are responsible for the product but not for the parcels because they are private delivery companies; So when paying for a shipment, you are paying it to a third party, external to us.

8. Many days have passed and my order has not arrived
Check the shipping confirmation email that we sent you to know the approximate days of arrival. If this date has already passed and your order has not been delivered, you can check the status of your shipment:
